Your responsibilities in a few words:
Lead the restructuring of accounting, financial, administrative, and technological teams by supervising their development and ensuring the consistency of tasks - Validate monthly financial statements - Supervise the closing of financial years - Prepare and manage established budgets while carrying out analysis of financial projections – Develop reports measuring budgetary gaps, performance indicators as well as areas for strategic improvement – Manage and improve the integrated accounting management system – Organize internal audit activities – Design cost accounting methods and internal control procedures – Oversee the payroll system and ensure compliance with laws and regulations – Allocate financial resources in accordance with company policies and programs – Establish effective administrative and financial controls – Represent the organization during negotiations and official functions – Cultivate solid relationships with financial institutions to negotiate advantageous conditions, as well as take steps to seek subsidies - Ensure excellent inventory management - Prepare quotes and quotations according to the business needs - Play an active role in the future implementation of a new ERP system - Collaborate closely with operational, HR and support departments

Your strengths for this position:
• BAC in accounting
• Hold a CPA designation
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operational role and strategic decision-making in an SME
• Strong restructuring skills as well as experience in ERP implementation
• Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
• Have business acumen and mobilizing leadership
• Familiarity with the retail sector (asset)
• Good command of budget planning, forecasting and financial analysis
• Bilingualism: Required
