Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and risk management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in all financial areas of the company.
- Evaluate investment and financing opportunities, and manage relationships with investors and financial partners.
- Provide financial analysis and regular reports to the management team to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA) would be an asset.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role, preferably in a startup or growing technology company.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and make strategic decisions.
