• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in all financial areas of the company.
• Evaluate investment and financing opportunities, and manage relationships with investors and financial partners.
• Provide financial analysis and regular reports to the management team to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA) would be an asset.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role, preferably in a startup or growing technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and make strategic decisions.
