Your responsibilities in a few words
Take charge of the accounting management of clients, ensuring diligent follow-up and answering their specific questions - Record taxes and sales, and produce GST/QST returns on time - Carry out bank reconciliations - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Make all necessary accounting entries at the end of the month - Enter the information collected into the client's payroll system - Prepare the necessary annual reports - Maintain relationships with clients by ensuring weekly monitoring - Independently manage the complete client accounting cycle - Validate and clarify client requests to guarantee service quality - Structuring client accounting processes with a view to continuous improvement - Implement automation in the cloud computing systems used - Travel to clients as required, on an ad hoc and optional basis, based on specific needs - Prepare cost reports for client grants

Your strengths for this position
• DEC or BAC in accounting
• Minimum 5 to 6 years with the complete accounting cycle and tax declaration
• Knowledge of payroll systems and Quickbooks
• Supervisory experience or staff management skills
• Excellent communication skills focused on interpersonal relationships and coaching
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, organization and ability to propose solutions
• Results oriented
• Bilingualism: required
