Your Main Responsibilities
- Management and Leadership: Supervise and supervise a team of professional accountants with kindness and efficiency
- Operational Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and performance
- Talent Development : Ensure the ongoing training and professional growth of your team
- Technical Excellence : Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Quality and Compliance : Ensure the impeccable quality and compliance of all client files
- Client Relations : Maintain and develop privileged relationships with corporate clients
Your Profile ideal
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional accounting services
- Significant team management experience (minimum 5 years)
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite
- Bilingualism an asset
