Your Main Responsibilities

  • Management and Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professional accountants with care and efficiency.
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the Process and Performance
  • Talent Development: Ensure the ongoing training and professional growth of your team
  • Technical Excellence: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Quality and Compliance: Guarantee impeccable quality and compliance of all client files
  • Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate clients

Your Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional accounting services
  • Significant experience in team management OR strong potential Become
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism an asset
