🎯 Your role

As a Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role in the smooth running of mandates:

• Manage a diverse client portfolio

• Plan, supervise, and review files (compilation, review engagements, audits)

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Collaborators

• Act as a technical reference and ensure compliance with professional standards

• Maintain strong client relationships and support their growth

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes

🧠 Desired profile

• CPA designation obtained

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm

• Solid experience in mandate management and team supervision

• Excellent command of accounting standards

• Natural leadership, good communicator and rigorous
