Administrative Assistant

UDA Consulting Group is looking for an  administrative assistant  to help support its strong growth. The person will have to work closely with our directors, project managers and technicians in the review of technical documents and other administrative and accounting tasks.

Permanent - Full time // PROFILE: $45,000 TO $65,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities related to the position

  • Review and ensure the linguistic quality (French and English) of documents such as reports, letters, specifications, quotes and databases;
  • Prepare and assemble service offers;
  • Ensure effective collaboration with the various team members in order to lay out the various documents according to established models and standards;
  • Collaborate in the administrative management of the office (replacement and assistance during vacations);
  • Support managers in setting up and monitoring various initiatives (HR, OHS, environment, communications, etc.);
  • Receive requests from employees related to office management and direct them to the appropriate resource persons if necessary;
  • Perform various simple accounting tasks;
  • Participate in the development and improving internal processes;
  • Work in collaboration with all departments of the company to carry out projects;

Requirements and training

  • DEC or DEP in an appropriate field;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position (all fields combined) or any other combination of relevant education and experience;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both orally and in writing, and excellent ability to revise texts in French and English;
  • Great command of the Word application and good knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Adobe (PDF) software;
  • Ability to work on several files simultaneously;
  • Asset: experience in the field of consulting engineering or in any other field related to services professionals.
