Your responsibilities in a few words:
Ensure that it shares information on the group's strategic planning, its programs, its achievements and its challenges with its collaborators - Identifies the knowledge necessary for the advancement of the group's scientific themes and cycles through based research - Collaborates with the scientific content communications team related to these themes and scientific cycles - Participates in synthesizing studies, research and analyzing the causes and consequences of issues with a view to developing solid scientific cycles - Supports students and mentors with the aim of fueling the group's leadership program - Assists in the development of the leadership program and scientific cycles - Cooperates in the selection process of students and mentors - Produces reference documents, reports, content and literary reviews from the group's various areas of interest - Writes programming booklets for participating members - Revises, from time to time, texts or documents produced by the group - Prepares presentation or conference texts - Draws up documents for the selection process of future participatory members - Prepares invitations and communications with members of the selection committee

Your strengths for this position:
• Hold an MBA or BAC in administration, finance or project management
• Versatile experience in project and budget management
• Excellent ability to communicate information and clarify gray areas
• Great ease in writing, in French and English
• Bilingualism: required
