Your responsibilities in a few words:
Plan, organize and coordinate the year-end closing process with external auditors - Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow statements - Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports - Assist in the preparation of budgets annual operating costs with projection - Analyze financial results monthly with budget forecasts - Ensure training of the accounting team - Calculate rent increases according to the parameters authorized by law - Collaborate in the presentation of financial results to owners - Possible representations with the administrative housing court during renewals and others

Your strengths for this position:
• BAC in business administration, accounting profile
• Hold a CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in the real estate sector (asset)
• Aptitude for team supervision (asset)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Bilingualism: French required, functional English
