Your responsibilities in a few words!
Receive orders via telephone, website or email – Enter sales orders into the SAP system – Manage payment processing – Process returns for damaged items and pricing errors – Manage accounts payable and write invoices – Check balances – Perform data entry and maintain inventory management, as well as associated logistics – Monitor customer accounts and handle customer complaints, problems or questions - Assist the general manager by organizing her calendar, reminding him of current tasks, etc. - Helping the organization with professional events - Ensuring the translation of various documents.
