Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Enter financial and administrative data into the computer system - Send invoices to the appropriate people and obtain the necessary approvals and make accounting postings - Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of various grant files, payments, etc. – Perform reconciliations and analyzes as needed – Analyze internal accounting and financial policies. – Completes administrative forms – Enter and track daily orders, and follow up with suppliers if necessary – Develop supply contracts with product and service suppliers – Participate in project control by monitoring costs and measuring progress contracts – Apply and enforce the company's acquisition policy – Organize and coordinate logistics activities – Update inventories in the system and monitor them on a weekly basis – Contribute to the implementation of procedures and methods. – Perform research, analysis and verification to complete purchases

• DEC relevant to role
• Minimum of three years of related experience administration, operations, accounting or any other relevant area.
• Mastery of transport techniques and incoterms logistics (asset)
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP software
• Familiarity with month-end records and annual

• Bilingualism: express yourself clearly in French and in English (spoken and written)
