Your responsibilities in a few words

Make requests for missing deduction documents – Carry out the coding of certain types of deductions – Produce the reconciliation of accounts, collections – Carry out the verification of charges & credits - Consolidate all relevant documents, transfer to customer accounts and distribute credit notes - Analyze payment differences - Carry out verification - Process deductions in the Discrepancy Management module for authorization purposes - Analyze certain special cases and follow up.

Your strengths for this position

• DEC in administrative techniques (accounting or finance) or DEP in accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with credit, accounts receivable, collection
• Knowledge of SAP (asset)
• Functional bilingualism (French & English)
