Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper
We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper. This person will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Payroll preparation
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- File and organize accounting documents
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
Profile Sought:
- Diploma in accounting - preferred
- Pertinent experiences related to the work
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism
Job Conditions:
- Competitive salary
- On-site position in Laval (Sainte-Rose)
- 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, permanent position
