Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Manage account collection, coding and analyzing deductions in the variance management system – Process account deductions to achieve business objectives – Participate in monthly meetings and reviews of key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to discussions on the results – Inform of any issues related to the accounts – Keep the recovery times (DSO) and payment as low as possible, by carrying out the recovery of assigned major accounts – Update account procedures – Analyze account age and contact customers to recover past due amounts – Make necessary adjustments for discrepancies – Process and respond to emails from representatives, customers and employees of different departments – Follow up with customers and senior representatives for deductions sent and not received – Provide a monthly report of discrepancies still outstanding in the accounts - Make, if necessary, various adjustments to customer accounts and request the issuance of credit notes if applicable – Analyze certain special cases and follow up.

Your Strengths for this position

  • DEC in administrative techniques (accounting or finance ) or DEP in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years 'relevant professional experience related to the position
  • Experience in an accounting firm (asset)
  • Bilingualism (French & English).
