Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Process supplier invoices and verify invoice coding with the purchase order and corroborate calculations - Ensure compliance with company policies regarding invoice processing, including approval levels - Prepare payments, issue checks and complete electronic funds transfers in accordance with company policies - Make rent, installment and union rebate payments according to established timelines - Enter internal funds transfers - Manage calls from suppliers - Contribute to the closing of accounting periods according to defined responsibilities and deadlines - Reconcile the account statements of suppliers of assigned subsidiaries - Manage the opening of new supplier files in the accounting system and credit applications

Your strengths for this position

• DEC in administrative techniques, accounting option, or relevant experience
• 1 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable
• Functional knowledge of English
• Knowledge of multi-companies or multi-currencies (asset)
• Excellent command of MS Office suite software.
• A good understanding of accounting and coding.
