Salary: $75,000–$85,000

We’re hiring! A growing company based in Pointe-Claire is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. About the Role:
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for 170 employees across two entities. You'll be working with Ceridian Dayforce and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process full-cycle payroll for 170 employees

• Ensure timely remittance of government deductions and employment taxes

• Handle payroll adjustments, new hires, terminations, and year-end reporting

• Answer employee payroll-related questions with professionalism and care

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll

• Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce considered an asset

• Strong understanding of Quebec payroll standards and employment tax laws

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Bilingual – strong functional skills in both French and English
