Your responsibilities in a nutshell!
Analyze insurance coverages - Collaborate in monitoring the group's needs and ensuring that coverages are adequate - Prepare documentation required for negotiating and renewing insurance policies - Keep the list of insured assets up to date - Communicate with insurers regarding asset additions and withdrawals - Draw up the annual insurance premium budget - Follow up on premium payments and credit collections - Keep insurance policy databases up to date - Participate in the implementation of new insurance policies - Maintain and update the insurance policy database. Participate in the implementation of insurance and claims management guidelines and procedures - Receive information relating to claims requests and make recommendations - Communicate facts and information relevant to decision-making to stakeholders - Examine documents submitted in support of claims and ensure proper file management - Monitor all claims files and requests for information - Assign mandates to adjusters or lawyers to investigate, to assess damages, liability or defend the Group's interests, as required - Review the reports produced by the latter and provide observations and recommendations - Enter relevant information into the computer system throughout the file - Produce all correspondence relating to the department - Collaborate with all the various teams, as required.

Your assets for this position!
- BAC or DEC in administration or experience in a field relevant to the role
- Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance management
- Proficiency in the Office Suite
- Understanding of how insurance premiums are calculated
- Ability to collaborate and make numbers talk
- Disciplined, autonomous, methodical and respectful nature
- Bilingualism: required
