Your responsibilities in a few words:
See to the monitoring of the financial cycle at the level of accounts to be collected - Discuss with customers and answer their questions - Recover the amounts due - Agree on payment terms - Suggest solutions to problems possibly encountered - Analyze the accounts receivable - Submit the financial entries for approval - Receive payments by credit cards - Ensure compliance with procedures and standards established by the company - Validate documents for financial approval purposes - Account for deposits - Prepare various documents for audits

Your strengths for this position:
• DEC in accounting
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Mastery of accounting software
• Bilingualism: express yourself clearly in French or English, ideally bilingual
