Your role In direct collaboration with the controller, you will touch on several aspects of operational accounting: accounts payable, invoice validation, purchase orders, and payment preparation; client billing and collections; administrative and financial project follow-up; payroll preparation and government remittances; possibility to gradually contribute to month-end activities; support for various accounting needs of the team. The position also includes about 10% of general administrative tasks, including reception and some calls, which remain low volume. A position that can evolve A more junior profile can gradually learn and develop autonomy. An experienced person can quickly take on more responsibilities in billing, payroll, month-end, and other accounting aspects. The goal is to evolve the role according to the strengths, experience, and interests of the person. The desired profile accounting training: DEP, AEC, DEC, or equivalent; good essential accounting foundations; intermediate or higher English, spoken and written (verbal exchanges with English-speaking clients); good knowledge of Excel and computer skills; rigor, organization, autonomy, and team spirit.
