Responsibilities: deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll Process the complete cycle of a mid-sized bi-weekly payroll in payroll software, up to the final production. Integrate information provided by managers, including commissions and bonuses, and validate the accuracy of the amounts paid. Update records during employee arrivals, departures, and movements to ensure continuity of payroll data. Administer benefits and compliance aspects: insurance, CNESST, pensions, and changes to the RPDB. Prepare T4 statements according to deadlines and established practices. Respond to questions from employees and managers and act as a resource person on payroll topics. Desired Profile: the essentials to be quickly autonomous Demonstrate concrete experience in payroll allowing for quick and independent takeover. Master the complete cycle of Quebec payroll.
