As a Data Analyst at Redcentric, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, helping to optimize processes and support strategic initiatives.

Key Objectives

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Deliver clear and concise reports and visualizations to guide business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business objectives.
• Work with IT and business units to identify data requirements and improve data collection processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide ongoing analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical software and programming languages like Python or R.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
