Artemis Recrutement is looking for Business Performance Analyst, with an expertise in Amazon’s platforms, for an innovative and fast-growing company, they operate in the digital commerce and distribution sector. We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.

Salary: 100K
Benefits: Permanent position, hybrid after the training period (2 days in office), on-site parking, group insurance, flexible hours.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing and managing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business strategies.
• Collaborating with various teams to improve processes and maximize operational efficiency.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Producing regular reports for management and proposing tailored solutions to challenges.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence – 5 to 10 years.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Good understanding of business strategies and operational processes.
