Title: Accounting Technician
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days work from home, flexible hours)

About the Role:
Join a leading manufacturing company experiencing significant growth. This newly created position will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient financial operations, including high-volume invoicing and pricing management.

We’re seeking a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain pricing in the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Address and resolve invoicing queries, including pricing discrepancies.
• Manage rebate and commission programs, including setup, accrual reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and generate financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for pricing updates and billing transactions.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle a high volume of work.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in managing queries and collaborating across teams.
