Payroll & Accounts Payable Technician

We are looking for a dedicated technician to handle payroll processing and accounts payable management. You will ensure the accuracy of employee and vendor payments, while respecting deadlines and applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll cycles

• Verify hours, leave, and deductions.

• Process vendor invoices and make payments.

• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end tasks.

• Answer questions related to payroll and payments.

Required Profile

• DEC or BAC in accounting or related field related.

• PCP certification - an asset

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Nethris, ADP) and Excel.

• Organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.

• Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
