A role that combines consulting, analysis, and facilitation, with an already established clientele. Your role Analyze financial situations and recommend personalized strategies. Prepare financial analyses and retirement projections. Create and facilitate workshops, conferences, and webinars. Answer questions and address sensitive situations with tact and empathy. Develop educational content and contribute to the improvement of programs. Presentations are done solo or in pairs, about once a week depending on the period. Travel represents 10 to 20% of the time. Your profile Title of financial planner (Pl. Fin.). Comfort in front of a group and ability to simplify complex concepts. Listening, empathy, autonomy, and teamwork. Bilingualism: advanced French and English for occasional presentations. Experience in facilitation, training, or conferences: an important asset.
