Join a rapidly growing private manufacturing SME, undergoing a significant restructuring and ERP implementation. This position places you at the heart of decision-making, with a tangible impact on operations, processes, and financial performance. A gradual transition is planned with a current resource nearing retirement.

Responsibilities — Key Deliverables and Expected Impact

• Oversee the end-to-end accounting function: accounts receivable, accounts payable, entries, reconciliations, and control of financial information.
  
• Close month-end rigorously: accruals, analyses, and production of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  
• Coordinate year-end and support audits: preparation of files, responses to requests, and follow-up on required adjustments.
  
• Supervise payroll: validation of processing, reconciliations, and remittances, ensuring compliance and reliability of data.
  
• Produce GST/QST returns and other regulatory obligations, maintaining a clear and up-to-date compliance calendar.
  
• Contribute to the company's performance: budgets, forecasts, cash management, indicators (KPI), and dashboards to support management.
  
• Lead the implementation of the new Amtech OnCore ERP: documentation, structuring, and modernization of currently manual processes, with measurable efficiency gains.
  

Profile Sought — Essential Requirements and Expected Qualities

• Demonstrate confirmed experience in accounting management in an SME, in a hands-on and versatile field environment.
  
• Master the complete accounting cycle as well as the preparation of monthly financial statements and support for year-end/audits.
  
• Have experience or a strong interest in ERPs and process optimization, including the ability to document and standardize.
  
• Communicate in French and English.
  
• Exhibit autonomy and a sense of priorities in a growth and transformation context.
  
• Adopt an analytical, rigorous, and solution-oriented approach on a daily basis.
