Accounting technician

Our client, an innovative company that manages the assets of families and business people, is currently looking for an accounting technician to join its Beloeil team.

.Main responsibilities

Carry out bookkeeping (full accounting cycle);

• Analyze and monitor balance sheet accounts;
• Prepare appropriate journal entries;
• Management of accounts receivable and payable;
• Balance inter‐company accounts;
• Prepare and analyze government reports such as GST/QST rebates,

various government assessment notices.

Skills required

Hold a diploma in accounting technique or have a solid foundation

accountants, minimum 5 years of experience;

• Knowledge of software, Sage 50, Quick Book online (an asset);
• Knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, Word);
• Bilingual (an asset);
• Demonstrate perseverance and a great sense of initiative;
• Liking to work in a team, while being able to be autonomous;
• Have the ability to work in several distinct companies;
• Be organized and plan your work to meet deadlines.

Remuneration and working conditions

Location: Beloeil

Type of employment: Permanent position / Full time 37.5 hours per week
