Controller – Projects, transformation, and structuring of an accounting department

Lévis | On-site with occasional remote work | 37.5 to 40 h/week

We are recruiting for a well-established SME that wishes to entrust its future controller with a central role in the evolution of its finance function. You will work closely with the owner to structure the accounting department, support upcoming changes, and actively participate in growth projects.

You will have the opportunity to:

• take charge of accounting operations (don’t be afraid to do operational accounting) and ensure the stability of the department during a significant team transition;
  
• supervise an accounting team;
  
• review and improve processes;
  
• contribute to establishing more structured internal controls, budgets, and forecasts;
  
• participate in discussions surrounding the evolution of the department, work organization, and system modernization;
  
• support teams through change and advance projects;
  
• act as a financial partner to management and external financial partners.
