Your responsibilities:

• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
  

• Lead the accounting close process and audits
  

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions
  

• Implement effective systems and internal controls
  

• Participate in financial integrations during acquisitions
  

• Support the CFO with ad hoc analyses and overall financial strategy
  

Desired profile:

• CPA designation (mandatory)
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including Big 4 experience
  

• Mastery of ASPE; IFRS and US GAAP: assets
  

• Experience in startup, scale-up, or transforming environment
  

• Bilingual French/English
  

• Self-sufficient, driven, rigorous, and comfortable in a hands-on role
