Title: Accounting Technician
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days work from home, flexible hours)

About the Role:
Join a leading manufacturing company experiencing significant growth. This newly created position will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient financial operations, including high-volume invoicing and pricing management.

We’re seeking a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain pricing in the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Address and resolve invoicing queries, including pricing discrepancies.
Manage rebate and commission programs, including setup, accrual reconciliation, and payment processing.
Prepare month-end journal entries and generate financial reports.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for pricing updates and billing transactions.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle a high volume of work.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills in managing queries and collaborating across teams.
