Accounts Payables Specialist KL

About the Role:

We are looking for an Accounts Payables Technician to join our team within a well-established, growing company. This position is based in Ville Saint-Laurent, with the option to work from home three days a week. This role offers the chance to take ownership of key accounts payable processes and work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing invoices, payment runs, and managing vendor communication.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with various department leads to ensure efficient and compliant AP processes.
• Support the finance team with accurate data entry and generate reports as needed.
• Take proactive ownership of streamlining AP processes and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual in French & English.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Proficient in using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Dynamic, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
