Your Role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and controlling inventory levels. You will work collaboratively with various teams to improve processes, systems, and strategies related to inventory management. Your main responsibilities: Analyze inventory discrepancies, make adjustments, and identify root causes; Manage cycle counts and monitor financial and quantitative accuracy KPIs; Manage cyclical counts and monitor financial and quantitative accuracy KPIs; Analyze issues related to transactions, consumption, and overconsumption/underconsumption;
Monitor surpluses, dormant inventory, obsolescence, and expiration dates; Collaborate with the materials planner to prevent stockouts; Coordinate non-conformities, purges, and quality issues related to inventory; Participate in Improving processes and optimizing the store, particularly by reducing picking time.The ideal candidate
- DEC or relevant diploma;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, organization, and rigor;
- Team spirit and a positive attitude;
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
