Distinction Capital Investments Inc., an investment firm specializing in alternative mortgage financing, is seeking a Financing Analyst – Risk Management with a passion for real estate and financing.

Job Type: Full-time – flexible hours
Location: Beloeil, South Shore of Montreal (on-site, occasional teleworking possible according to our internal policy)

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the entire financing process, from the initial client contact to repayment
• Analyze financing applications and manage the complete structuring process :
  • Collection of client information
  • Analysis and validation of documentation
  • Preliminary investigation and risk analysis
  • Coordination of internal processes
  • Pre- and post-disbursement follow-up

 Desired Profile:

• Relevant training or experience in real estate, financing, mortgage brokerage, or banking
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of financing (essential)
• Rigorous, autonomous, and discreet
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel advanced, Outlook, OneNote)
• Knowledge of certain tools/applications: Land Registry, REQ, RDPRM, Demeter, Infolot, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Experience in project management or construction (an asset)
