A technology service company is seeking an Accounting Analyst due to its growth.
Main Responsibilities
0-3 months:
- Manage timely bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Perform reconciliations related to payment processors, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, depreciation, and any other month-end tasks.
- Manage and maintain business continuity schedules, such as prepaid expenses and accrued expenses.
- Contribute to supporting the company's audit requirements.
3-6 months:
- Support cash management by preparing, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow Liquidity to optimize financial visibility and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and track monthly tax returns (QC, BC, USA).
6-12 months
- Analyze costs against budget for all expense items (excluding revenue).
Continuing
- Support the controller in daily operations, month-end analysis, and other assigned tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data accuracy and the efficiency of financial processes, and participate in special projects related to the company's rapid growth.
- Assist the team with other related projects or initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent.
- CPA designation (or in the process of obtaining it).
- 4-5 years or more of experience in an accounting or equivalent role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English).
- Attentive to quality and detail.
- Team player; Organized and structured individual.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
