Under the authority of the director, the person holding the job has the Responsibility to provide the technical, administrative and logistical support necessary for the smooth running of organizational and operational development projects in business intelligence and innovation, particularly with regard to the corporate dashboard, the project portfolio and the digital strategy. Thus, it provides support to professionals associated with specific mandates pertaining to management activities through the coordination of work and action plans, the development of documents as well as the continuous capture and updating of data. A true hub for management, its ability to offer solutions and implement new tools and administrative methods ensures the continuous improvement of management practices and the quality of customer service. Finally, it maintains a business relationship with internal and external stakeholders with respect to the administrative and operational activities required to complete projects.
