º Understand business client need in order to develop and drive a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for various business unitsº Manage and lead the full recruitment lifecycle including conducting needs analyses, passive candidate attraction, applicant screening, interviews, candidate presentations to internal clients, salary analysis, due diligence and offer managementº Collaborate closely with HRBP's and hiring managers, leveraging subject matter expertise throughout the hiring processº Coach leaders on talent acquisition best practicesº Demonstrate the ability to influence the hiring process for consistent and inclusive candidate selectionº Provide updates and reports on Talent Acquisition activities for the respective client groupsº Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain an active network and nurture a pipeline of potential candidatesº Take lead in generating visibility within the market for Laurentian Bank via social media, networking, career and school eventsº Stay current on recruitment trends by participating in industry events, webinars/conferences and seek other relevant learning opportunitiesº Participate in various projects and committees within the Human Resources team
º University or College Diplomaº 5 plus years of experience in talent acquisitionº Bilingual French and English, spoken and writtenº Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectivelyº Experience doing full-cycle recruitment in a fast paced environmentº Track record of building and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and team membersº Experience directly sourcing for passive candidates and using relevant toolsº Intermediate to Advanced use of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
