Main responsibilities:

  • Enter and modify employee profiles
  • Approve work contracts
  • Process payroll
  • Manage group insurance, RRSPs, disability files
  • Transfer payroll accounting entries
  • Produce payroll reports;
  • Preparation of end of year statements
  • Manage the external audit file for auditors

Profile sought :

  • Bac in a relevant field
  • ACP, an asset
  • 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Rigor, Discretion, internal customer oriented
  • Bilingual in French and English is
