Our partners are supported by teams specializing in the following sectors: transportation and construction, technology and office equipment, manufacturing, franchising and corporate aviation.As part of the Operations team this role is has the following priorities:ºProcessing Accounts Receivable ºMonthly Customized Summary Billings


ºProcess incoming payments in compliance with policies and procedures.ºDaily reconciliation of cash ºComplete Accounts Receivable reconciliations, investigate issues and contact customers as requiredºWork with internal and external customers to resolve payment issuesºProcess Consolidated Billing and custom invoicing requests ºAuditing billings to identify potential adjustmentsºMonitor daily invoicing process and maintain relationship with 3rd party invoicing provider


ºUniversity degree in a relevant field or 3 years of commercial lending experience with an emphasis on equipment financing and leasing.ºStrong MS Excel skills including experience creating formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables ºStrong communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organizationºAbility to manage priorities and deliver in a timely manner.ºTeam player who demonstrates integrity in dealings with all stakeholders
