Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:ºWorking closely with our Accounts Executives across Canada, you will be responsible for transactions, from creation of legal documentations to the finalization of funding. ºProvide Accounts Executives with outstanding customer service and continuous support.ºCommunicate with Vendor/Indirect Dealer/Customer and work closely with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Legal and Operations) to gain a thorough understanding of the transaction while ensuring compliance to company policies.ºScoring of transactions which may included index company financial statements in LBC Capitals' financial analysis software to determine the borrower risk profile and communication to partners of credit decisions.ºPrepare complete documentation packages (lease, conditional sales contract, loan) and follow-up with all parties to obtain proper documents and correct deficiencies. ºCommunicate directly with dealers, insurers, financial institutions when required.ºEnsure that conditions precedent to funding transactions are met, both at credit and documentation levels procedures.

You are someone who:ºPossesses a high capacity for communications, analysis and a flair for understanding business issues proactively and how to translate these into results-oriented solutions.ºFocuses on breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.ºCan think outside the box and creatively manage stressful day-to-day tasks and deadlines. ºBalances autonomy and collaboration with customers and departments within the organization. ºBilingual (French/English) is preferred ºUniversity degree combined with 2 years of experience preferredºAutonomous, sense of initiative and ability to learn with peers or independently'ºAbility to manage several projects in a changing work environment.
