Their primary role is to advise the Senior Vice-President regarding preparation and implementation of the groups strategic initiatives. They will play leadership role by influencing strategic and tactical activities related to the sector's growth playbook.

Responsibilities

ºAdvise and influence management with regard to all strategic and tactical projects and action plans to be implemented and serve as advisor for the Management Committee and various corporate stakeholders.ºCooperate on corporate files that contribute to achieving the Bank's objectives.ºRecommend and participate in preparing and implementing strategies for the sector.ºDocument the scope, objectives and impact of projects, the stakeholders' business needs and the added value for the organization.ºBe responsible for aligning projects and deliverables with Retail Services' strategic direction.ºWork with corporate and business sector stakeholders to analyze projects impact on the Bank's processes and their integration from a business perspective. ºContinuously ensure that projects are developed, deployed and coordinate timing.ºCoordinate deployment of the strategies and tactics under their responsibility.ºParticipate as an expert on committees for internal and external activities and represent Retail Services in dealings with various stakeholders.ºFoster and maintain optimal communication with internal and external stakeholders. ºPrepare recommendations in order to improve the delivery of strategic initiatives.ºSupervise all activities related to the deployment of tactics.ºPlan the schedule and required efforts for deploying activities and initiatives, together with stakeholders in the sectors involved, and provide expertise regarding methods and tools needed to implement strategies and tactics.ºKeep up to date on current legislation and the Bank's policies, programs, and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: ºUniversity degree in a related field and ten years of experience, including at least five in banking.ºSolid knowledge of retail services in the banking industry.ºManagement of executive-level projects or initiatives.Specific competencies:ºBilingualºStrong interpersonal and communication skillsºKeen strategic senseºAnalytical and summarizing skills ºProblem-solving skillsºClient- and results-oriented focusºAbility to work autonomously, organized and detail orientedºAbility to work under pressure and in a context of uncertaintyºCommitted to producing high quality work and meeting deadlines.ºIn-depth knowledge of financial services industry products, services, and technology systems.ºAbility to diagnose human and organizational systemsºAbility to influence and manage changeºProven expertise in managing client relationships, analyzing business issues, and resolving complex problems
