He/she assists in the implementation and administration of executive compensation, compensation for business development professionals, capital markets and securities.
The incumbent works closely with the HR team to implement solutions aligned with the Bank's strategy. The incumbent will provide a quality advisory role to the various stakeholders in a variety of situations while ensuring compliance with Laurentian Bank Financial Group's policy governance.In addition, the incumbent: º Assists in the development and administration of executive compensation programs (short- and long-term incentives, including management of share unit programs and options), costing, analysis and recommendations for program reviewº Ensures quality control of documents issued by the sector º Participates in various transformation and other projects related to compensationº Supports HR and talent acquisition advisors in compensation managementº Analyzes and interprets various data, explains discrepancies, and makes recommendations to improve compensation managementº Participates in development and application of compensation policies, programs and procedures and ensures complianceº Performs any other similar or general duties as requested in the course of his/her duties
º University degree in an appropriate field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceº Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English essentialº Focused on the consulting roleº Knowledge of the financial sector, banking, capital markets, an asset
