NV-10As Financial Performance Measurement Advisor, Commercial Real Estate, you will assist in managing the financial accounts in line with the organization’s objectives by producing financial statements, preparing accountability reports and performing audits, checks and inspections, financial simulations, and financial risk and profit-and-loss analyses. You will participate in the financial performance, planning, coordinating and reviewing budget processes. You will help manage and control the organization’s accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect its economic activity. You will participate in financial engineering activities to champion simplicity and build a modern Desjardins.You will assume a leadership role when interacting with various stakeholders on files and projects requiring innovative, strategic and complex input and development. The nature of the files requires in-depth and extensive expertise in your particular field of commercial real estate.You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for decision-making bodies.
