For a company in the service sector, in an environment of mutual aid and collaboration; you will work in collaboration with the Director General.

As Director, you will be responsible for preparing the budget and its approval by the Board, for managing human resources (insurance, timesheets, collective agreement) and lease management. In addition, you ensure the application of administrative policies and procedures; production of financial reports. In addition, you advise the General Management on the financial impacts of future projects, expenditure forecasts and the reallocation of resources.

Profile: Bilingual candidate, the accounting title is an asset. Have 5 to 8 years of experience in management accounting and in the non-profit sector. The candidate must have a good knowledge of human resource management and labor relations, financial, real estate, material and technological resource management. We are looking for a dynamic, committed person who has leadership and who is an entrepreneur at heart. The ideal profile is good at communication and able to work under pressure.
