Cash Manager - Chief Accountant

Related to the Vice President Finance and Administration, the Cash Manager and Administration is responsible for ensuring that the Canadian Group and its subsidiaries have enough funding to honor their respective commitments based on forecasts recurrent cash. In addition, the position holder is responsible for the management of accounting administrative activities (payable and billing) and to ensure good accounting for daily operations. As such, he (she) acts as a change agent with organizational teams to optimize the various processes under his charge.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize Cash management. • Oversee the recurring processes of cash flow forecasts and short-term financing. • Take charge of the management of billing and payable teams and ensure efficiency and the transactional integrity of the latter. • Ensure the development and maintenance of relevant reports and key performance indicators related to its duties. • Participate in the end of Month and end of year in support of the financial controller team. • Participate annually in the external audit process. • Play a leading role by recommending hedging strategies to do Faced with the various exhibitions at financial risks (exchange rate and interest rate). • Rev and maintain the company's policies and procedures related to its functions. • Participate in the integration process during acquisitions. • Participate and take charge of improvement projects and of process optimization related to its business sectors.

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting • Member of the Order of Professional Accountants Approved Quebec • Experience 5 years and older in a similar role • Bilingualism, French and English; Strong skill for writing in English • In-depth experience with the various processes of a company (controls and optimizations) • Experience in the management of a '' back-office '' with high volume of Transactions • Knowledge of Integrated Systems (ERP) • Mastery of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel) Qualities and skills: • Development experience of Team and Change Management • Be a good communicator • Love to collaborate and work in a team • Be autonomous, organized and oriented to the results • Have the ability to work in A rapidly changing context (high sense of adaptability) • Have a sense of business and increased operations • Technically strong and ability to explain its recommendations • Professionalism and rigor in Its approach
