Our client, a prestigious law firm is currently looking for a Billing Clerk to join the accounting service.
The invoicing clerk will have to understand the billing cycle and ensure its proper sequence by performing its different tasks.
main tasks :
Preparing invoices in accordance with customer agreements;
correction of Descriptions on invoice projects;
Correction of time entrances (transfers, time division, etc.);
Transmission of final invoices, credit notes and email statements;
electronic classification of invoices and final invoices;
Follow-up with clients regarding billing;
Support for other related tasks (if necessary).
diploma and experience :
dec or AEC in accounting or administration;
Minimum 3 years of experience in factura professional services;
Very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Master (Major asset);
master the French language spoken and written;
Spoken English language and written intermediate level to ensure good communication with customers;
Ability to manage multiple folders simultaneously in times of sometimes restricted;
Ability to manage emergencies and prioritize tasks;
show initiative and resourcefulness
