We drive results by placing our customers first, making the better choice, acting courageously, and believing everyone belongs.This role is to be filled within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.The incumbent acts as an expert in the management of offers and programs related to various deposit products: GIC, TD, index investments, investment accounts (RRSP, RRIF, TFSA), bank accounts and more. In this capacity, he/she must be knowledgeable about financial products and must stay abreast of market trends. He/she oversees strategic planning for initiatives that promote the deposit portfolio products. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and implementing growth, retention and cross-selling campaigns. In doing so, he/she supports business objectives related to the sales volume, market share and profitability of various products in collaboration with different senior product managers.

Responsibilities

ºAct as an expert in the implementation of offers and programs related to various portfolio products.ºAssist in annual planning, growth plan implementation and the setting of priorities for his/her business unit.ºDirect the marketing plans for the product line.ºConsult with various stakeholders and recommend strategic directions.ºEvaluate opportunities and trends and analyze competitive positioning.ºAssist in client segmentation and the implementation of targeting strategies for various marketing initiatives.ºCollaborate in the development of sales and support tools for the advisory force.ºAssist in creating content to support the sale of portfolio products.ºCollaborate with stakeholders from various teams (IT, finance, sales, etc.).ºPerform all the necessary research on new and existing products and maintain a database of products and services offered by the competition. ºMaintain communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in business unit activities. ºPerform all tasks of a similar or general nature requested by his or her superior or required for the job.

Qualifications

ºUniversity degree in a relevant field and four to six years of experience in managing products or projectsºExcellent knowledge of the banking industry and banking trendsºExperience with banking products or in the financial fieldºAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyºCreativity, autonomy and sense of initiativeºGood analytical skills and ability to summarizeºExcellent interpersonal skills and team spirit ºStrong organization and planning skillsºCustomer focusedºWriting experience and communication skillsºBilingual, French/English (spoken and written)ºGood knowledge of the Microsoft suite
