NV-09As an investment analysis advisor, you help manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives by producing reports; performing audits, inspections and financial simulations; and analyzing risks, profits and losses. In addition to ensuring financial performance, you help plan and review budget processes. You help manage and control the organization’s accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization’s economic activity. You assist with product and service pricing and financial engineering, financial market transactions, and tax law analysis (including payroll). You advise and assist clients and partners and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
In collaboration with the various sectors involved, perform the accounting and disclosure of the various investments (real estate and securities) in accordance with IFRS.
Prepare analysis reports in connection with the various investments
Diagnose issues, challenges, needs and problems in your field so as to determine target outcomes.
Develop objectives, solutions and action plans. Help the team to implement them and plan a schedule for rigorous follow-up.
Analyze information. Conduct studies. Develop and propose recommendations. Draft reports
Review and update practices, policies and procedures related to your line of business.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Experience in investment accounting
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required.
Intermediate to advanced English
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Good knowledge of IFRS (particularly IFRS 9)
