Administrative services clerk

Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the incumbent provides general technical support to several members of the Directorate of Administration and Business Planning.

Details of responsibilities:

  • Assists the person in charge of accounts payable;
  • Participates in the preparation of various reports related to contracts (resolutions, SEAO, etc.);
  • Prepares various reports submitted monthly to board of directors;
  • Participates in the preparation and verification of various month-end reports;
  • Performs technical tasks related to the reconciliation of certain accounting positions and ensures them monitoring;
  • Ensures the preparation of various reports and statistics for the end of the year;
  • Carries out the physical counting of stocks of transport tickets and participates in their preparation and loading for the Financial Controller;
  • Carries out the count of salt values on the annual calendar established for the Financial Controller;
  • Provides support for the day-to-day operations of the service, in particular sales and collection;
  • Performs all other related tasks on request.


  • Completed high school diploma
  • Hold a DEC in accounting, an asset
  • Have two ( 2) years of relevant experience
  • Computer skills: Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Virtuo (asset), Outlook
  • Excellent command of Excel software
  • Having good technical and functional skills
  • Be customer and result oriented
  • Demonstrate initiative, rigor and integrity
  • Know how to maintain good relationships with colleagues and superiors
  • Ability to provide quality work
