Our client is looking for a accounting manager to join his Quebec team. In addition to the Director General, the person will be in charge of various accounting tasks such as data analysis or even the monitoring of invoices.

responsibilities

      Li> Carry out the tasks linked to the company's accounting: invoicing, payable and admissible accounts as well as taxes and contributions;
    • Write the end of year reports and tax reports;
    • Assist general management in the development of budgets and the production of financial statements;
    • Setting up time management and invoice management tools;
    • Carry out various administrative tasks.

    profile

    • DEC in accounting and management;
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;

    • Mastery of IT tools from the Office suite;
    • Knowledge of Zoho Project and Zoho Book (Atout);
    • Knowledge of Quickbook (Atout);

    • English (Atout);
    • Be auto ome, dynamic and have team spirit.
