In partnership with the account manager, you are in charge of the entire accounting process from A to Z.
For this you will be brought to:
- Have an accounting knowledge in the field of construction.
- Make the data entry in the accounting software. (Account receivable, account payable and month-end postings).
- Do the bank reconciliation.
- Printing checks to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Receipts management with subcontractors / suppliers.
- Follow up on denunciations.
- Preparation of payment requests with percentages of progress
- Apply for CNESST and CCQ compliance letters over the Internet
- Send e-mails to tell the subcontractors that their check is ready at our office.
- Receive subcontractors when they pick up their check.
- Prepare the original receipts to send them to the owners.
- Prepare folders on Excel when we have a new project, and be able to make links with our database in Excel.
- Make the changes to the subcontractors and send them by email.
- Easily master Excel, Word and Outlook.
You are a graduate of a DEC and you have 5 years of experience in project accounting and you have already worked in the field of construction.You are an organized person, rigorous and you like the work of team.
